I am about 3 days into my "vacation" time and I can't seem to shake this cold/flu/sore throat/earache. oh well. I guess that just means more sleep and TV for me! I'm such a sloth.
I am technically supposed to have started a couple of distance courses before I head back to Victoria for work, but... I can't bring myself to open the package. It's very very large and intimidating.
There has been much construction going on at UBC the past few months. I went up there yesterday and lo! there was a new(ish) Shoppers Drug Mart and a Cafe Crepe. So, of course I tried the Cafe Crepe place. Not bad, considering it's a three-week-old establishment with a staff consisting of mostly students. I had a crepe with nutella and bananas.
