Happy Thanksgiving.

I think I ate too much this weekend... thanks to Richard (bless his magic cooking hands!) and that darned pie-fest!!!

FYI: The pie-fest entries: Apple-cranberry crumble, apple-peach pie, apple caramel pie, pumpkin pie, citrus cheesecake. And this was AFTER the full turkey meal with all the fixings.
